It’s local, it’s small…but oh, is it good stuff.

I went to Asheville for my birthday a few monthes back and I went to this really nice coffee place. It’s called World Coffee Cafe. Everyone got coffee and amazing dessert. The atmosphere was great and the baristas were all smiling which, as shallow as this may sound, makes a difference. Asheville offers a diverse variety of coffee shops.
The World Coffee Cafe was in an old building and there were many rooms with seating. When we first got there it appeared that there was not even one place to sit, but we took a maze through about 5 different, brightly colored rooms and finally found the furthest back and sat there. This room had a table with roughly eight chairs and an old, out of tune piano accompanied with a bench ofcourse (for additional seating).
Some of the characteristics that I really liked about WCC was that every room was very informally painted and the smell of coffee and art was overwhelming. The place had a sense of welcome. I’ll definately go back there in the future, if I can find it again that is.
I was just looking for an image of the coffeehouse and I stumbled upon about 20 to 30 other pictures of different coffeehouses with the word world in them. The thought of all these different coffee places was amazing to me. It was very exciting! Does everyone enjoy seeing new coffee places? Hmmm…I do hope so!

Kona coffee is in huge demand. It’s smooth, it’s fair, but it’s so expensive. We own it all to a donkey, a real bad ass.
